| dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to answer the following question: What is the financial economic viability of a beef cattle feedlot? The work is divided into two parts. The first part consists of a bibliographical review about Brazilian agribusiness, bringing an evolution of the theme about the transition from a priority subsistence activity to a commercial operation. Following, the evolution of beef cattle culture in the Brazilian soil was reported, with an exponential and continuous improvement of the zootechnical indices, proving to be more productive and efficient every day. Then, the cattle production systems, where it was possible to visualize what is being researched by the improvement of the sector sector areas, bigger problems and is coming to an increase of profitability of the sector rapid change tool. Finally, the importance of cattle confinement was emphasized in order to achieve gains, to activities required in financial administration, animal nutrition, nutritional management, volume production, acquisition of inputs and replacement animals. In the second part, the results of the feasibility analysis were presented. Thus, after the survey of all project data, in which the economic and financial aspects were considered and the indices were calculated, most of the statistics were constructed or the results exhibited using the capital techniques were reached, if at the conclusion. feasibility of project implementation in the current periods and periods analyzed. | |
