This article is based on discuss the environmental sustainability project, prevention and cooperation of the community in a participatory manner in collecting recyclable material, with participation of the public entity and private in a full joint liability. In this way, we realize that these processes have rules and regulations that do not have full applicability in the current system. But to achieve these goals and targets a medium and short term planning is needed so that government actors institute public policies on sustainability recycled (reverse logistics). This concern leads us to believe that the best way to resolve the issue is to apply the guidelines established by law 12.305 / 2010, which allows economic and fiscal incentives as well as sectoral agreements between the government and the business sector.
