Telessaúde como estratégia de educação à distância na gestão em saúde: relato de experiência

Abstract

The intention of this study, which constitutes the Work Completion its author with the Specialization in Public Management Organisation Health - UFSM , is to present a critical and reflective account of their experience with the National Telehealth Program Brazil Networks. This program is considered a powerful management tool and it will be focused on the telehealth devices that best suit management services, to allow the expansion of response capacity by solving the professional demands of primary care. The reflective process afforded by this experience report shows that the Telehealth aims to help managers and professionals of health services , representing a speaker device capable of transforming work processes in health.
