dc.description.abstractThis work had as a main purpose to investigate what reasons and prejudices shown by school community make difficults to the student with Special Educational Needs (cerebral paralysis) to be included in the Regular Education in a School of the Municipal education network of Caçapava do Sul – RS. The theorical support makes a brief historical rescue, dealing with special education, adjustment, differential attitude that they show, the teachers formation due to the capacity to the inclusive processes, in order that the students with special educational needs have a better receptivity in the regular school. The research was inserted in a qualitative approach with descriptive mark and the methods used were the observation and the half structuralized interviews. The collected data demonstrated the influence of the lack of information on the prejudiced vison, and its overcoming in the accomplishment of the laws ruled at the Educational Sistem, where the conclusion point to the looking at this students.
