Resumen
Different virtual and interactive strategies are increasingly being explored in the educational context, seeking to increase student interest, consequently, improving their learning. In this context, this work presented a 3D virtual museum of the computer history, developed in the virtual environment OpenSimulator, where their tools were used for modeling and development of 3D objects and animation for the building of the museum's artifacts. Still, the museum integration with AVEA Moodle was performed, allowing the teacher to enter the Moodle materials and activities inside the museum, besides the possibility of the teacher track the movements of the students during a visitation. At the end, there was a usability evaluation of the museum, with a class of students of Computing Science and Information System, observing some possible points for improvement. With the use of 3D virtual worlds, aims to achieve greater student interaction with the environment, in this case the artifacts of the history of computing, aiming to contribute to the construction of new educational approaches and especially on the motivation of students for the technological area.
