The current study was developed during the course of Specialization in Educational Management, since the year of 2014 through 2015; with the purpose of seeking the analysis of Municipal Curriculum Guidelines by the Municipality of Education of Santa Maria with the perspective of Inclusive Education seeking to problematize as this document articulates itself to the practice of school management. Therefore a documentary character study was conducted based on the analysis of official documents (local and national) that govern as educational actions (in the inclusive perspective) of the city of Santa Maria, linking them with a county’s public school’s political pedagogical project. From the analysis and reading of those documents it gets possible to evaluate that there is still a lot to qualify about the existence planning time, teachers training time, bigger dialogue between Pedagogy and Special Education, regarding school practice offered to the students in school inclusion process. But the existence of normative laws that support those students may be noticed as a present element in the construction of the pedagogical proposal offered by the school as an study object. This aspect leads to the inference of the articulation between the municipal guidance and organization of school’s practices may result not only on construction of an physic space for the included students in school, but in a construction of an inclusive school concerned to form subjects belonging with the society, doing it worth the school’s role that is to train citizens to the world.
