This paper focuses on the development of a didactic proposal for teaching the Quadratic Function using the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator application on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The objectives were to select and to know academic works already done, which are correlated to the teaching of the Quadratic Function and the use of GeoGebra to elaborate a didactic proposal for the study of the Quadratic Function using the application GeoGebra Graphing Calculator in mobile devices and, finally, to analyze the potentialities and limitations of these resources in the teaching and learning of the Quadratic Function. The paper was guided by a bibliographical research with a qualitative approach. Initially, the paper presents the theoretical references that support the research, when it reflects on the teaching of Mathematics and the use of technologies, the study of the Quadratic Function, the application GeoGebra Graphing Calculator and the mobile technologies. In the sequence, it presents as results the selected correlated papers, describes the didactic proposal and evaluates this proposal. The research revealed that the GeoGebra application allows the accomplishment of several activities with numerous advantages such as the analysis of graphics in a dynamic way that can contribute in the learning process of the student, provoking interest, motivation, better visualization of the processes and understanding in the study of the Function Quadratic.
