dc.description.abstractBased in the shortage of studies that focus two distinct areas of Special Education, this article intends to interlace High Abilities/Gifted and Deafness, in order to emphasize the importance of identifying the behaviors of the High Abilities in the deaf person and also to know like these deaf educators understand them. Thenceforward, this work points historical, conceptual, epistemological and practical aspects. For the accomplishment of the research of a qualitative approach, semistructured interviews had been elaborated, in order to know how the deaf educators understand these behaviors.
