Abstract

The purpose of the study was evidence of nursing practice in the hospital accreditation process, which are expressed in literature. Methodologically it is a literature narrative review of qualitative study. Results:found 333 articles and 11 papers selected for analysis. Conclusion: the accreditation is configured as a possibility for growth and development of the critical capacity of the authors involved, linking changes in a concise and clear manner with regard to communication to obtain favorable results in improving care.
