dc.description.abstractThis monograph proposes to investigate the possible relations between the use of social responsibility and the benefits of an internal strategic communication for the strengthening of organizational values in SR Engenharia Industrial. The study's main focus is on "how can social responsibility contribute to the development of SR's strategic internal communication and organizational values?" The overall objective of the research is to understand how social responsibility can strengthen strategic internal communication and organizational values at SR Engenharia Industrial. The specific objectives are defined as follows: (1) Verify the diagnosis of internal communication developed by the company; (2) Understand the concept of Social Responsibility; (3) Map the company's current internal communication scenario. The methodological course of the present research comprises the application of interviews with the employees of the organization to analyze their perceptions regarding concepts of social responsibility and internal communication and their importance in the company. Also present was the participant observation made in the first half of the year of 2017 in which the researcher carried out the curricular internship in said company. In this context, it was found that social responsibility strategies have a direct influence on internal communication and the dissemination of organizational values, being a direct factor of strategic strengthening in organizational culture.
