This work presents the study, development, design and implementation of a self-oscillating resonant converter, having as application the activation of LEDs. After a bibliographic review, aiming to evaluate the context of artificial lighting, power electronics, resonant energy conversion, the different resonant and inductor filters, the mathematical development of the inductor to be applied to the filter and the converter is presented. resonant, then it is the implementation of the converter through simulation for validation of the mathematical development, after the validation is made, the practical implementation of the converter begins through assembly of the converter and tests of the prototype of the circuit in a breadboard, for then design and production of a printed circuit board for the final circuit testing.
