Children’s phonological assessment tools are systems that aim to detect and even recommend a repairment for phonological disorders, however, such tools are mostly used by professionals trained in speech-language pathology, which makes their use considerably restricted to clinics or to the academia. In addition, most of these tools rely on a professional with a high degree of knowledge to perform phonological assessments. In this context, this work aims at the development of an automated and trustworthy phonological phone application, that is able to detect early phonological disorders, performing audio analysis remotely on a server, which is possible to be used by people with a lower degree of knowledge about the subject. The application works by establishing a connection to a server and sending the data to be analyzed, in the end, the application receives the response that will be presented to the user. Satisfactory and validated results were obtained, since the data that were used to obtain the results, were evaluated by speech-language pathologists, therefore, a comparison has been made between the results. Therefore, the results showed that the tool can be used effectively in the phonological screening process, presenting a high reliability of the tests performed which used data from real patients.
