Abstract

It is a reflective study on management and management of Protected Health Services, with the aim of adding knowledge about the management tools, understand the difficulties and challenges in health management and check the powers, functions and management skills necessary to perform their duties and meetthe dimensions of managerial work. Health services are increasingly being targeted discussions with respect to service quality, access and qualified listening, solving problems and referrals to be resolute. In this context, the management of these services should be able to respond in a competent, effective, and efficient in order to provide conditions for adequate health care of individuals. It is reasonable to say that those who occupy such functions of management and management needs to seek knowledge, to have the skills, information and training that can legitimize this function.
