dc.description.abstractThe study presents the results of research carried out in four schools in the city of Lagoão, with a sample composed of students from 6 to 9 years, through a questionnaire structured with dissertation questions. The data were quantatively complimented and then described as responses. It was noticed that the students understand about healthy habits and the cultivation of vegetables without the use of pesticides and chemical insecticides. In the face of this, the action of encouraging children to have a habit of eating healthy foods was developed by developing a project in the school garden with methods, techniques and practices of growing vegetables with organic fertilizers treated and cultivated by students. In this way, the work collaborated with the teaching practice, aiming the insertion of the EE in the schools through motivational practices for the students.
