dc.description.abstract | This paper is associated to the Graduate Program in Public Policy and Educational
Management, at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). It is a monographic
essay, written as the final assignment of the Specialization Course in Educational
Management, which aimed to present what I learned as an EJA teacher, displaying
the principles that guide the ways of managing my doing and my conduct in the
teaching and learning relationships that I established with my EJA students, and what
I was able to perceive from the history of this modality, that persists in keeping up to
date. This paper is structured in acts, as in a theatrical play, acts (parts) are
rehearsed to compose a story and trajectory of the one who proposes it, as the last act to not complete it, for it assumes the position of cartographer. | |
