Gestão escolar: os desafios do coordenador pedagógico em uma escola municipal de Engenho Velho (RS)

Abstract

This research aimed at analyzing how it is the work of the pedagogical coordinator in a municipal school from Engenho Velho. This research characterized as itself as field research of the qualitative kind with a semi-structured interview pedagogical with the pedagogical coordinator and the analysis of the political pedagogical project of the school. The interview was recorded, transcribed and analyzed allowing one to realize the reality of the pedagogical and the school work as well as the problems, the difficulties, challenges in a certain way unknown from the part of the teachers. This way, this work allowed to better understand the reality of the school and one also hopes to have contributed in benefit to the pedagogical work, collaborating to the good progress of the educational activity, providing a proper environment to the learning and to the personal and professional growing of the people involved in the learning teaching process. One realized that the pedagogical work does not happen the proper way, due to some difficulties faced by the coordinator as: difficulties to evaluate the teachers, difficulties to involve the teachers team with the directive team in school projects as well as difficulties to follow the pedagogical work in class.
