dc.description.abstract | The Democratic Management: a process in construction is an experience like Pedagogical Coordinator in a Private School X in Sao Luiz Gonzaga, Brazil. It is believed that education is a social process where all school managers should participate and collaborate, since the creation of Project Political seeking quality education grounded in the principle of democratization. Therefore, this whole set of skills and teamwork requires actions related needs, desires, gestated in their own community. Therefore, I submit the following questions: Is it possible to understand the experience during four months in Private School X as Pedagogical Coordinator from the perspective of the democratic construction process? What are the most significant actions that have marked the course this time and place? Seeking answers to these questions, I invested in a critical reading of the school environment focused on interpersonal relations issues, with the main objective to analyze the possibilities and difficulties of implementation of democratic management in particular private school xe order to reframe from the lived reality the process construction of the Democratic Management. With the results of the survey it was noted that democracy is still under construction, as the experienced practices do not come to the meeting with the same. ressignifico my experience during four months in Private School X, valuing the pedagogical activities as an articulator and manufacturing, resulting in the enhancement of institutional climate of belonging, which enabled the reflection, doubt, creativity, dialogue, listening, flexibility and innovation, paths to a quality education. | |
