This work focuses in the contextualization and reflection about the importance of the Socio
Educator Agent to know the teenager's path life that fulfils Socio Educational Measure of
confinement of the Foundation for Socio Educative Services of Rio Grande do Sul
(FASE/RS), under the aegis of the new paradigm of socio educative action pointed in the National System of Socio Educational Service (SINASE). Intending to the end, becoming
propositive, this article will explore the theme of socio education and the role of the Socio
Educator Agent in this process, by comparing internal normative and cultural remains present
in the Fase/RS, which practically, transforms into taboo the fact of the Socio Educator Agent
to obtain information about the teenager's life history. This relationship will be addressed
from the perspective of linking, and the educational presence, anchored in the Presence Pedagogy.
