Identificação de alterações da postura corporal em hemiplégicos por meio da biofotogrametria

Abstract

Hemiplegia, one of the main sequelae of AVE, can bring out several disturbances of posture. There are few studies that register the postural changes that occur over time in hemiplegics patients. An adequate posture evaluation is of extreme importance to determine a physiotherapeutic treatment, track growth and outcomes. Therefore the goal of this work was to assess corporal posture changes through biophotogrammetry, using a case study method. Photo registers of the front, back and side views composed the evaluation, which were later analyzed with SAPO (Postural Assessment Software). The results demonstrated that all the subjects showed some kind of postural change. So, that was possible to get the objective proposed in the planning of this resource that was to identify posture alterations in hemiplegics patients by AVE sequelae.
