Fatores de risco associados à Síndrome de Burnout em servidores da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria

Burnout Syndrome is a physical and mental exhaustion by working people who lead the worker to illness. Authors emphasize that the attributions of the editors can contribute to the development of the Syndrome. In this sense, the objective of this study was to analyze the risk indicators associated with Burnout Syndrome in teachers and technicians of the Federal University of Santa Maria. For that, a descriptive, quantitative and survey research was carried out with 556 teachers and 955 UFSM technicians. The first to be performed, the second, second, second and second, second, second, second, second, second, second, second, Burnout Syndrome (MBI-GS) by Tamayo (2002). Data analysis was performed using relative and absolute frequencies, Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis test and logistic regression. From the results, it was possible to verify, without a logistic regression model, the age between 23 and 35 years decreased the probability of the teacher to 49.80% and 43.00% 56 years and that, in relation to the time of service, the teachers and TAEs that have a duration of 10 years, have 42% and 36%, less chance of exhaustion when compared to children and TAEs that have 21 or more years of service. From the results, it was possible to verify which teachers and TAEs are less present in practice, have less exercise, less, have, at a lower level, sensations such as energy, fatigue, overload and moral, physical, emotional and psychological exhaustion.
