A metodologia aplicada nas aulas de ensino religioso nas escolas estaduais de Quaraí

This article deals with the applied and used performance in Religious Education classes at Quaraí State Schools, based on the answers provided by teachers in a qualitative approach research. From the answers, it was found that the most recurring themes were: Religious Education in Brazil, the formation of the Religious Education teacher, the use of technology as a teaching tool, the approach to everyday issues during classes, diversity religion, the challenges for Religious Education and the inefficiency of traditional classroom models. For that, it is necessary that there is a new methodology, which leaves behind the archaic and traditional model of teaching such discipline. This fact will only be possible with the entry of qualified professionals in the area. For this, bibliographic research with theoretical basis was carried out by authors such as Junqueira, Giumbelli and Morel, among other important voices that discuss and debate this approach, as well as the application and analysis of a questionnaire applied to teachers in the city of Quaraí, the objective of verifying the methodology used in the classroom, through the speech of the teachers themselves.
