dc.description.abstractThis paper presents the organization of teacher training mediated by a Virtual Teaching Learning Environment (AVEA) for use and information and communication technologies (ICTs) applied to education. The purpose of this work is to understand the concepts that underlie Hybrid Teaching, identify free and / or proprietary tools that offer features for sharing resources and communication, organize an activity plan for teacher training in ICTs and organize an AVEA using the identified tools.
