This study aims to analyze the perception of the motivation of the Charity Hospital of Palmeira das Missões workers through the motivational factors of the Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS). In order to meet the objectives, we accomplished a field research using the MWMS device; in this research, we get a sample of 63 interviewees, who are employees of the Charity Hospital, also considering the direct observations and the search for documents that treat these issues. After that, the data was analyzed by the descriptive statistic technique. We could identify, with the data got through the average, that the Hospital workers consider, mainly, the Autonomous Motivation, which is represented by the Identified Regulation and Intrinsic Motivation factors, that is, these are professionals who identify their personal values in their job; they are motivated by intrinsic situations and not by external factors. Henceforth, the Introvert Regulation factors, which is highlighted by the proud they feel about work in the Hospital. After, we appoint the material extrinsic motivation and the social extrinsic motivation; these ones do not perform meaningful impact in the motivations of these workers. It is important to assign that demotivation factor was not realized among the interviewees group. We understand that the motivation have to be performed including more elements that would be able to improve the satisfaction of the workers in order to improve the service they provide to the public.
