Gestão do cuidado na estratégia saúde da família: relato de experiência da atuação do profissional enfermeiro

Abstract

This study aimed to report the experiences and experiences of professional nurses in care management at the Family Health Strategy, listing the potential and the challenges in daily work. This is a descriptive study on experience reporting mode, from the experience of a nurse in relation to the implementation of an ESF in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. It was observed that the nursing work (a) is intense and qualify the service in general and coordinator of the Strategy proposes to hold the place in Basic Health Units, highlighting the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary nature of the family health teams, with their participation as subjects manager / worker process manager the ESF, presented skills, difficulties, challenges still to be pinched. This new model of reorganization of assistance provided an opportunity to the professional nurse show their participation face the actions of the ESF, leaving him the responsibility to act as manager of the strategies implemented by the family health team.
