dc.description.abstractThis article aims to promote reflection concerning the use of technological resources, as an educational tool in the process of literacy in elementary school children, as well as training teachers to use the system of information and communication in education, which is a determining factor in the process of teaching and learning. based on the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the course, observations and interviews with professionals working in the area of literacy, the study made it possible to reflect on that theme, as well as consider the use of technological resources in education, specifically with students in the literacy phase, is of extreme importance in enriching the pedagogical action and contribute to knowledge acquisition and development of creativity and skills in students.
