Vulnerabilidade social no trabalho de agentes comunitários de saúde: reflexões e peculiaridades a partir de narrativas

The Family Health Strategy in its implementation in the 90's, was a method to strengthen Primary Health Care of the Unified Health System. Community Health Agents are part of these teams, playing an extremely important role in working with the community. The study aims to analyze how social vulnerability impacts and is present in the work of a Family Health Strategy, more specifically in the work of Community Health Agents, reflecting through the professionals' narratives on the topic addressed and practice. This study consisted of a qualitative exploratory research, where relative data from seven professionals who make up the category of Community Health Agents will be presented. These interviews were transcribed and analyzed, building information relevant to the research. Given the exposed from the narratives collected from Community Health Agents, the importance of research on this topic is confirmed, generating impacts on the work process of these professionals. It is known that reflection on the practice is necessary, so that possible changes about the investigated theme can be investigated and carried out.
