Contextos do violão missioneiro a partir de transcrições musicais de Noel Guarany

Abstract

This research was conducted along the course Specialization in Music of the XX and XXI Century: Performance and Pedagogy (UFSM). Its main theme is Missionary Musicality. The object of study consists of the musical work of Noel Guarany. Inserted in the field of musical performance, the contribution brought was the transcription of melodies, arrangements of introductions of the main songs of Noel's discography. The pedagogical contribution is brought to the guitar field. The methodological approach adopted is the consultation of historical sources, literature review, interviews, analysis and musical transcription.
