This work presents a study that had the objective of know the perceptions of special education teachers regarding to students with specific learning disorders in context of specialized educational service. Two questions guided the proposed discussion, being, which the reasons for the special education teachers include the students with specific learning disorders in the specialized educational service and to beyond the legislation that does not consider the students with specific learning disorders target audience of Special Education and the specialized educational service, there are other reasons for the no attendance to students. For the realization of this work, were approached theoretical references pertinent to the subject of specific learning disorders and the Brazilian legislation regarding special education. The study was realized with six special education teachers of municipal and state network of Santa Maria/RS that act in the especial educational service. Therefore, with intention of respond of the better way possible the research questions and proposed objectives, was realized a field research and for the data collect, realized in the second half of 2017, it was considered the semiestructured interview as the most appropriate tool to get the necessary informations. From de proposed study, it is concluded that the teaching practice of special education professionals in school context reveals that students with specific learning disorders needs of specialized support and there are no national laws that ensure this right, originating a controversy in how to solve this situation for what all the students are in fact attended in the inclusive schools.
