O bacharel em saúde coletiva e o mundo do trabalho: uma análise sobre editais para concursos públicos no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde

Abstract

The main objective of this article is to identify the Sanitarian insertion career opportunities in the public, by way of public tender, and the requirements for taking office under the SUS. It is a survey of exploratory and descriptive, using procedures of documentary research, which has as a secondary objective to describe and analyze public procurement notices for positions subject to competition for Sanitarian. On the approach of the research, a quantitative perspective, enabling the organization and analysis of data obtained was used. Were located 22 notices of public contracts in the period 2012 to 2015. Of this total, 16 bids (73%) are for the post of Sanitarian, two notices (9%) for the position of Bachelor of Public Health. Other 4 notices (18%) were located, directed to positions as an Analyst / Technical / Specialist and Health Management. Regarding the requirements for appointment in office, 13 notices (59%) were directed to another graduation followed by specialization in Public Health or Collective, 6 notices (27%) were directed to graduates in Public Health, and 3 (14%) were directed to other grades of health without requirement of expertise. Of all notices, 9 (40%) required registration or registration in relevant professional council. Most identified contests, held in the research, still does not favor the graduate professional. Ignorance of the graduation of Sanitarian at the graduate level directs the vacancies for professionals from other health area formations with requirement of specialization in Public Health.
