This study addressed as its theme unidocencia in Physical Education in the Early Years, which aims to analyze the didactic and the contents used by teachers regents in class Physical Education in the Early Years. The present study arose because the professional physical education it says better prepared to teaching this discipline against thereof was analyzed didactic and content used by regents to their classes. This study was characterized by a qualitative study, with case study. The collaborators of the study were five teachers regents the only state city school. Were used as instruments for data collection the questionnaires answered by the regents . Were observed two categories (Didactic, Education and Society) and four subcategories (Planning , Content , vision regents teachers for physical education teacher , school without the teacher of Physical Education in Early Years). The results were: the teachers have difficulties in planning of the contents in relation to learning difficulties, and the proper instructional sequence for each age group. As a result end up falling into the routine with activities that no longer arouse much attention in students and also do not add much learning. The regents cite little experience about the Physical Education in their training or even lack of continuing education. Therefore comes the call by Professor of Physical Education act at this stage.
