dc.description.abstractThis is a research directly related to the study of the market demands of the company called PIQ Internet in the city of Cachoeira do Sul. Several tools were used to conduct this work like the SWOT diagram and questionnaires directed to the company target clientele. The final goal of this research was to identify the opportunities to enhance and fine tune the services provided for the company in an effort to recuperate a significant amount of customers lost along a period of PIQ Internet target market changes.
