Resumen
In an increasingly competitive scenario, leadership can be considered one of the main premises for the success of organizations, because when it comes to work and recognition, leadership practice tends to gain prominence and outpace the competition. Thus, this study aims to analyze the leadership process of the company Lüger Confecções, located in the municipality of Erval Seco - RS. This is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, conducted through a case study. The research was conducted with 11 collaborators and its data were obtained through semi-structured interviews, non-participant free observation and a documentary analysis. For the analysis of primary data, we used content analysis and secondary data were analyzed through company documents. The leadership process was verified by analyzing the following factors: leadership styles, leader and leader relationship, and leader influences in the professional environment. From the results obtained, it was observed that the company is guided by two leadership styles, the democratic and the autocratic, which arise through a certain situation, that is, there is a contingency-situational leadership. Finally, it is suggested that the company pass on more positive feedbacks, progressively optimizing the relationship between leader and leader, increasingly seeking a healthy environment and thus constantly improve the leadership process present in the organization.
