dc.description.abstract | This final project is the investigation of the strokes at the Federal University of Western Pará - UFOPA for their suitability to the access to Information Act, the difficulties for its implementation, the application of document management and the actions of the Archivists challenges found in the institution. Aims to present, discuss and evaluate the document management and its tools as an instrument of consolidation of public access to information Policy, indispensable in organizing documents produced and received in a public institution, in facilitating the efficient recovery of the same and the information that they contain and support the suitability of the institution to the law. Presents the professional Archivist, based on knowledge, with the instruments, and an archival ability to design mentally the possibilities for solution to the proposals, problems and obstacles in the Organization of the institutional archive. To this end, support in concepts of file and its constituent elements, such as document and information, of the practices adopted in the life cycle of the documents and of the values that each document assumes in its period of existence. As for the course, it was from reading the General University Regiment and the comprehension of its organizational structure, we have identified the functioning of the institution. Used the photographic record and survey of places of custody of the documents produced and received at the institution. We used the diplomatic, as an instrument of documentary review on analysis of intrinsic and extrinsic relations with the Organization's activities, resolution number 14 and Ordinance number 092 National Council CONARQ Files as a basis for the construction of a classification plan, of a table of temporality and Distribution of documents, identification of the content of capilhas storage boxes transfer lists of collection and disposal of the terms of transfer, and gathering and disposal of the notice of disposal of IFES. It should be emphasised that both readings of theoretical questions during the undergraduate program and in the course of activities in the private sector, as the analyses of moments of practice on work experience, and today in the public service, with regard to the Organization of the data of the object of this research were important for that, as Archivist, could propose and perform actions that effectively would enable cost savings and in physical space destined to the file as well as bringing the IFES to formality, on the question of the treatment of your documents and in attendance than recommends the law of access to information as to meet the demands of information to users. | |
