Resumen
This work essentially pedagogical, objective understanding of the problems that limit the advancement of information and communication technologies (ICT) in teaching practices of the classrooms of the Brazilian public schools. For this, it was used as a research method, the case study, conducted with a group of teachers who work in primary education in the municipal school Christmas, the following schools: Otto de Brito Guerra, professor Ascendino de Almeida and Professor Ulisses Gois. The information collection procedure took place beyond observation, through structured questionnaires and interviews aimed at teachers and managers of these educational institutions. Data analysis followed a quantitative approach, which are presented in graphs in order to verify what influences that hinder the effective application of didactic and pedagogical activities with technologies.
