dc.description.abstractThe search for new markets and the preservation of profit margins are constant worries of all executives in the current business world.The enterpreneurs' brave attitude of breaking paradigms and search for new solutions, together with the knowledge management have, more and more frequently, been the key to opening new markets and for increasing operations profits. This study has been developed upon the analysis of a business case where the creation of a new implantation approach for business management systems, supported by the transformation of tacit into explicit knowledge, has definitely opened the doors of small and medium companies for a solution that so far had been considered applicable only for large business.
