Resumen
As we interpret Law as Society Law, the present work aims to demonstrate how the normative communication is upheld by the communication of other social systems and moreover that it is fundamentally autopoeietic. In that regard, the common international treaties are deemed genuine case of structural coupling between International Politics and International Law. As one observes a constitutional gap when it comes to the hierarchy of the common international treaties, it is proposed determining its supralegal hierarchy based on the strategic function played by the Legisprudence in the field of the drafting of the laws and of the thinking of the Legal System in its structural base and procedure. With the setting of the common international treaties as norms of supralegal hierarchy, it is suggested the creation of a supralegality parametric control system, whose objective is to confer support to the communicative reliability of this conventional species and at the same time to safeguard the wholesomeness and juridical security.
