It is an integrative review and the drafting of guiding question used the PICO strategy. We selected five papers published between 2002 and 2012 in English and Spanish that addressed curative in patients with sequelae of leprosy patients with skin ulcers. The products for the treatment of ulcers were calcium alginate, hydrocolloid and Unna's boot, and only two articles showed effective results with the use of alginate, hydrocolloid and collagen.
