Leprosy presents, even today, a major public health problem in several countries, including Brazil, despite efforts by the government due to its magnitude and high power disabling. The neuropathic ulcers, common diseases affecting the peripheral nervous system, such as diabetes, alcoholism and leprosy, are among the diseases of high prevalence in Brazil. In the past, not too remote, after cleansing the wound ointments are used as silver sulphadiazine, neomycin, and collagenase as the major product for the treatment of wounds. Currently the network FHEMIG offers various kinds of products, among these are creams and toppings. In healthcare practice, it is clear that these patients prefer to use traditional products (gases and bandages), or ointment that covers modern service available. Given this context the question is which topical products used in the healing of ulcers caused by leprosy? Thus, the aim of this work is to identify the products used in the topical treatment of lesions caused by leprosy. It is an integrative review and the drafting of guiding question used the PICO strategy. We selected five papers published between 2002 and 2012 in English and Spanish that addressed curative in patients with sequelae of leprosy patients with skin ulcers. The products for the treatment of ulcers were calcium alginate, hydrocolloid and Unna's boot, and only two articles showed effective results with the use of alginate, hydrocolloid and collagen. Only two articles were classified as evidence level IV and three did not obtain classification.
