O feedback na avaliação de desempenho na gestão pública: a partir do contexto escolar

The present article brings a reflection about the feedback in the evaluation of performance in the public management: from the school context. To that end, performance evaluation within public management goes beyond an instrument or mechanism that aims to measure the performance of individuals in the organization. And the feedback feedback process or return, in front of the service provided. Also, based on the guiding resolution of education, namely: Resolution SEPLAG / SEE 2009 that establishes the performance evaluation in the state education system. It is a qualitative research through a subjective questionnaire, whose methodology followed the bibliographic review and the application of semi-structured interviews. Thus, the analysis bases the understanding of the performance evaluation model adopted by the private initiative, in an attempt to articulate what is established between the evaluation tool and the management reality. It was noticed that there is a gap between the evaluation of performance presents as an evaluation tool in a "bureaucratic" way for the servers surveyed. By way of comprehension, it will be made a brief concept of performance evaluation in education and finally, present the professional dialogues of education, approaching the praxis of public management.
