dc.descriptionThe study analyses how the Constitutional Court in the last five years has taken on the international law of human rights in the context of constitutionalism facing rights as a single international source, since the assertion of these as derivations of human dignity and constitutional source. The analysis standpoint is located in the consideration of whether human rights secured by international conventional route form or not part of a block of constitutionality and if they are used as canon or control of constitutionality for under constitutional norms, everything according to the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court in the analyzed period.
