63 p.La presente memoria constituye un trabajo de investigación jurídico – dogmático realizado para optar al grado de Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas. Se enmarca dentro del estudio de uno de los fenómenos de la corrupción más característico: el cohecho, específicamente el estudio del cohecho activo del artículo 250 del Código Penal Chileno, a través del análisis de su tipicidad, antijuricidad y culpabilidad, especialmente del problema acerca si entre el particular se da una relación unilateral o bilateral para su consumación y si en su iter criminis es posible concebir formas imperfectas de ejecución./ ABSTRACT: The present memory constitutes a dogmatist - juridical work of investigation performed in order to obtain the Licentiate's degree in Juridical Sciences. The study framework focuses on one of the phenomena of corruption most typical: the bribe, specifically the study of the active bribe in the article 250 of the Chilean Penal Code, through the study of its typical, ant juridical and guiltiness, specially where the situation involves the individual having a unilateral or bilateral relationship for its consummation and if in its iter criminis it is possible to conceive imperfect forms of execution.
