134 p.En este proyecto se realizó el diseño e implementación de un prototipo basado en un sistema de control de acceso, autentificación y monedero electrónico,compuesto por la configuración e implementación de diferentes tipos de unidades de hardware y software, tales como: configuración de controladores, creación de herramientas de software administrativos, receptores de solicitudes y aplicaciones integradas a las tarjetas inteligentes; aplicaciones que permiten interactuar con los diferentes componentes físicos que involucran al proyecto. Cada unidad de software fue diseñada para cada una de las entidades a cargo de administrar el sistema. La principal justificación para realizar el proyecto es la creciente necesidad, por parte de las distintas empresas, en implementar un sistema que provea de seguridad en forma integral, bajo una plataforma flexible y escalable de acuerdo con las necesidades y recursos de dichas empresas./ ABSTRACT: In this project it was made the design and implementation of a prototype based on a system of access control, authentication and electronic money, made up with the configuration and implementation of different types of hardware and software units, such as: controllers configurations, creation of administrative software tools, request receptors and integrated applications to the smart cards; applications that allow to interact with the different physical components that involve the project. Each unit of software was designed for each one of the organizations in charge of administrating the system. The main justification to make the project is the increasing necessity, on the part of the different companies, in implementing a system that provides with security in integral way, under a flexible and scalable platform in agreement with the necessities and resources of these companies.
