| dc.description | Hoy en día el uso de Programas Computacionales se encuentra en auge, ya que son más accesibles tanto en la parte económica como en la parte operacional. Por otro lado, las industrias buscan optimizar sus labores y una herramienta para éstos son los programas especializados para cada tipo de trabajo. El presente trabajo de memoria se muestra una forma de gestionar las fallas criticas en el área de Mantenimiento de la empresa Pehuenche, Endesa S.A.; creando y
desarrollando un programa computacional en Microsoft Access. Dicho programa busca analizar la criticidad de las Fallas que presentan los equipos. El programa nace de la necesidad que tiene el departamento de mantenimiento de
mejorar los historiales de fallas y costos de los equipos, los cuales no son entregados eficientemente por el sistema que tiene la empresa. Para desarrollar este programa se utilizó el método del Análisis de modos de fallos y efectos críticos (FMECA), el cual presta gran ayuda para llevar historiales de equipos y
así desarrollar estrategias que impidan la ocurrencia de dicha fallas. El programa está basado en formularios de ingreso de equipos, en donde se ingresaron los equipos que se analizaron en esta memoria, pertenecientes a la Centra Pehuenche. Otro de los formularios importantes es el llenado del FMECA, en donde se especifican
las tareas que realizan los equipos que se analizaron; el modo de falla, la causa que
provocan, el tipo de mantenimiento que se debe hacer y su Números de Prioridad de Riesgo (NPR), que da la condición de si el equipo es de mantenimiento preventivo o correctivo. Por último, se puede ingresar los costos que conllevan las fallas y así tener un registro para un futuro análisis. El sistema entrega documentos de real utilidad e importancia para el manejo del mantenimiento en la empresa, tales como; informes de criticidad de los equipos, informes de equipos con mantenimiento correctivo ó preventivo, informes de los costos que adquieren las fallas, ya sea el costo total del mantenimiento o solo la pérdida de producción por la detención de la máquina para la reparación de la falla. Dentro del sistema se encuentra el Manual de Usuario, para un buen manejo del programa. Finalmente, al final de esta memoria se indican los procedimientos para poder evaluar los equipos de otra central de la empresa Endesa S.A. Pehuenche, y así tener una mejor gestión del área de Mantenimiento.

Pehuenche Company, Endesa S.A., creating and developing a Microsoft Access computer program. This program seeks to analyze the criticality of the faults that have the equipments. The system delivers real useful and important documents for the maintenance management in the enterprise, such as criticality of equipment reports, corrective or preventive equipment maintenance reports, failures cost reports either the total cost of maintenance or the loss of
production only by stopping the machine to repair the fault. Within the system is the User’s Manual, for good management of the program.
