| dc.description | El tema que se desarrolla en esta memoria, presenta una reflexión sobre el debate en torno al comienzo de la vida humana, mirado desde un punto de vista jurídico y biológico; donde se expondrán los experimentos de los que son objetos
los embriones humanos. Como consecuencia de la determinación del inicio de la existencia humana
se analiza la determinación del momento en que se es titular de derechos de la persona humana.
También se analiza la protección de la persona humana desde la perspectiva civil, con una mirada constitucional y también tomando en cuenta un contenido penal. Por otro lado, en esta investigación se pretende comparar nuestro
ordenamiento jurídico en cuanto a la protección de la existencia humana, tanto natural como legal, con otros países del mundo, dejando entre ver las diferencias sustanciales que existen sobre este tema. /
Abstract:
The theme that is developed in this thesis presents a reflection about the debate around the beginning of the human life, looked from juridical and biologic point of view; where than will be exposed the experimentations than are being object of the humans embryos.
As a consequence of the determination of the beginning of the human existence is analyzed the determination of the moment in than in intitled of the human person rights. The protection of the human person also will be analyzed from the civil
perspective; whit a constitutional view and also considering a penal contents. On the other side, in this investigation it is pretended make a comparison between our judicial regulation about the protection of the human existence, and natural like lawful, with other countries noticing the differences. | |
