memoria tiene como objetivo el análisis del contrato de joint venture en el tráfico
mercantil nacional y la forma como éste se aplica, tanto en el ámbito empresarial público como privado, mediante el estudio de casos reales de aplicación de esta figura, de los cuales se desprenderá los beneficios que trae consigo el uso de este contrato. /
Abstract:
The following research focuses in the unnamed contract called joint venture with a double aim, in the first place, define and characterise this contract, from its birth and its evolution until its implementation and application in Chile, with a reference to others Latin American countries. In second term, the research has as aim the analysis of the contract of joint venture in the national commercial traffic and the way it works, in the public companies field and in the private one as well, by means of studying the real cases of application of this figure, from the ones we will be able to extract the benefits of using this contract. | |
