The business consists in the creation of a store designed for customers to make their own cupcakes, the main attraction will be the customer experience, when working with their own hands and finally taste a piece of homemade pastry made by them.
The main source of income will be the sales of the experience of making the cupcake “Has tus propios cupcakes”, but also there are complementary products such as: Cakes, Pastry Courses, Events, Pastry Instruments, Drinks and Other minor items. That will complement the business idea and make it more complete for the consumer.
The initial investment is COP 268,000,000.00, which includes all startup costs of the project both operational and legal constitution and even a contingency fund, is expected to finance 68.36% (COP 177,870,000.00) with own resources and the remaining 31.64% (COP 90,000,000.00) through a financial institution or an external investor.
The break-even point will be reached in 27th month of operations, with total projected sales revenue of COP 1,063,021,968.00 and cost of sale of COP 323,328,879.00, for a gross margin of COP 739,693,089.00.
The company will focus on a Digital Marketing plan for the development and loyalty of customers, as well as Club points, Seasonal Offers, Special Consumer Events Offers (Birthdays, Weddings, Baptisms, etc.)
