A communication strategy is proposed aimed at promoting healthy eating for pregnant women based on knowledge of their eating practices and media consumption. The process was carried out within the framework of strategic communication, in which, through participatory processes, interesting aspects emerged such as the importance of linking influential actors in the decision to consume food, such as mothers of pregnant women, their grandmothers and companions. and then from health professionals and social leaders. The proposed strategy includes some communication-educational axes that seek to strengthen the capacities of the actors to listen, and give support, and some communication axes where key messages are reinforced
