The programs of Degree for the Education of the Spanish Language in Basic Education must adjust to the exigencies that decree 5443 of the Ministry of National Education, emitted on June 30th of 2010 which, among other aspects, regulates in its article 3 numerals 3.1. , 3,2 and 3.3. that the denomination of the programs must correspond at the levels of pre-school, basic primary, basic middle school and high school, adding in this the specification of the area of work of the educational one in accordance with article 23 of Law 115 of 1994.
Through the proposal of this investigation on the state-of-the-art of the formative investigation in programs of Basic Education with emphasis in Humanities and Spanish Language, at national level, was tried to identify the trajectory in formative investigation of this type of programs and to contribute in the discernment of the transformation of the present Degree of the Faculty of Education of the VUAD, in a new one that corresponds to the present exigency of the Ministry as far as fortifying the basic competitions of the educator “like professional who supports and accompanies the children, young people and adults in his processes of personal development and learning” (MEN, 2010); and, also that responds to the demands of the education in Spanish language in relation to the changes and the transformations that have been generated in the field of the Spanish language, the processes of education, learning and teaching.
Since we considered that to propose a formation in agreement with the regional necessities, the individual problems of education and the learning of the Spanish language, the cultural and educative contexts, is required to characterize the tendencies and approaches in the investigation of the degree already mentioned. The project contemplated to programs of distance learning methodology and actual methodology in the country, which obey to the denomination of Degree in Basic Education with Emphasis in Humanities and Spanish Language and as samplings, taking into account the directions of the evaluator pair, it was determined to work with three programs of universities in Bogota, including the one of the VUAD, and one of another city between year 2011 and 2013.
