In this project, a business plan was designed for the creation of a restaurant with chicken-based products in the city of Bogotá, with a view to internationalization, in which a market study was carried out in the city of Bogotá and a financial analysis, which allowed to know the viability of the business plan. Likewise, a JTBD innovation model was built, which made it possible to analyze the specific needs of consumers in order to offer perceptible innovation in the processes to supply them, and finally, a potential international market was identified through a country selection matrix. These tools show that the business idea of a chicken-based products restaurant in the city of Bogotá is financially viable and attractive for a potential investor, with acceptance in the local market, creating solid bases for future expansion to international markets. .
