Resumen
This report is the result of a process of documentary review of the state of knowledge regarding the factors that lead to the integration of the military and civilian academic community within an educational environment in military institutions. The investigation began with the conceptualization that, from a situational analysis made under the documentary modality, about the relations between military and civilians in the educational environment, it is possible to determine the curricular guidelines that benefit the integration process that generates a better coexistence. It emphasizes the role of coexistence between the military and civilians in the educational environment, taking into account that coexistence is possible in an educated nation, an affirmation contemplated in the unofficial version of the Superior Accord - 5 2034, based on the construction of an inclusive pedagogy at the educational level that contributes to a culture of peace and reconciliation between the military and civilians.
